Born at the end of 2010, La Forquilla is undoubtedly one of the gastronomic pearls of l´Eixample, a very special corner that shines with its own light thanks to its tall cuisine.
The restaurant, which goes quite unnoticed from the street and welcomes us in a simple and sober environment with white walls, is the personal project of the young chef Vidal Gravalosa, trained in the kitchens of El Celler de Can Roca and Lasarte.
Its market cuisine is made with the best and freshest seasonal raw materials, so both the menu and the interesting set menus change according to the season. The dishes are impeccably executed with the chef's creative touch and make the journey to Poblenou more than justified.
