Souvenir
Souvenir restaurant, opened in 2015 in Barcelona's Eixample district, proposes a menu based on traditional Russian cuisine. Using a good raw material, the restaurant offers specialties such as brawn, authentic Russian salad 'Olivier', beetroot soup or beef Stroganoff, plus smoked fish, sauerkraut, caviar or another typical products.
They consider the desserts are essential to complete a good menu and thus they make their own pastries, that we can taste in a casual space decorated with traditional Russian motifs.
The restaurant is ideal for informal meals at affordable prices. In addition, Souvenir has an uninterrupted service kitchen.
