In Restaurant 2Y, in the Esquerra de l'Eixample in Barcelona, we will find the flavors of macrobiotic and vegan cuisine. Dishes made entirely with organic and natural ingredients, and prepared with precision and technique.
The search for balance in the dishes is the hallmark of chef Eduard Sarrá's cuisine. In 2Y we will find four options balanced set menus with dishes made daily without the presence of frozen or vacuum packed foods, and where whole grains are the stars, accompanied by legumes, seitan, tempeh, tofu and seasonal vegetables prepared in a simple way.
The space occupied by the 2Y is wide and well lit. A white, beige and brown brick floor follows the color palette of the furniture that is organized around the open kitchen, which we can observe from almost every point of the restaurant.
