The Alchemix

After working at the prestigious Vía Véneto and Ideal Cocktail Bar, Ignacio Ussía is "signed" by Chef Gaggan Anand. In his five years in Bangkok, he is part of the team with which Gaggan garners the awards of "Asia's Number 1" (2015 to 2018, 4 consecutive years, Asia's 50 Best Restaurants) and "World's Number 5" (2018 , The World's 50 Best Restaurants). He returns to Barcelona and is co-founder of The Alchemix, until in September 2021 he takes the reins of the business, and reorients it to realize the project he always had in mind: a Gastro Cocktail Bar, where you can go to: have a drink , but with The Alchemix "touch"; snack on some of their "alegrabocas" at the bar, pairing it with the creations from their signature cocktail set menu; go to the table to enjoy the tasting set menus created together with Chef Juanan Vizcaíno, being able to live the experience of pairing mini-cocktails with dishes that are a symbiosis "of the solid with the liquid."
