CARMEN RESTAURANT, TRADITIONAL AND CHEAP IN BARCELONA'S DISTRICT OF SANTS

Tucked away in Sants, just behind the Balañá cinemas, we find the Carmen restaruant, a homey place boasting a cosy atmosphere that specializes in traditional cuisine and excellent grilled vegetables and meats.

It is recommended to start with a light starter such as cod carpaccio, goat cheese salad with berries vinaigrette or grilled vegetables. The main on the menu are mainly meat and cod, among which we find, for example, beef fillet with sautéed porcini and foie gras, breaded goat chops with crispy almonds, salad and fries, or cod with roasted vegetables and garlic mousseline.
